池田泉州銀行と富士通、「営業事務支援システム」の共同開発に合意

タブレット端末を活用した業務のペーパーレス化を実現へ！

東京, 2017年04月27日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社池田泉州銀行（本社：大阪府大阪市北区、頭取：藤田博久）と、富士通株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：田中達也）は、営業店窓口や訪問先でご依頼を受ける際の管理帳票（ご依頼事項管理票）を電子化し、ご依頼いただいた事項を一元的に管理する「営業事務支援システム」の共同開発に合意しました。平成29年7月の稼働を予定しています。

本システムでは、ご依頼内容や預り物等をタブレット端末に入力することで、事務手続きのペーパーレス化を実現するとともに、入力情報を店内担当者のPCと即時連携する機能や、管理台帳の自動作成機能、印紙の一括納付機能などを活用し、事務の堅確化や効率化を実現します。

また、視認性を高めた端末画面や、入力内容等の確認を「電子サイン」で行っていただく機能も備え、手続きの明確化・迅速化を図ると共に、不正や過誤に対する防止効果も高まります。

池田泉州銀行と富士通は共同で、利便性向上およびより安全・安心した金融サービスのご提供に向け、継続して機能拡大を検討していきます。
