昭和電工、高純度アルミ箔の中国拠点の能力増強を決定

東京, 2017年05月10日 - (JCN Newswire) - 昭和電工株式会社（社長：森川宏平）は、アルミ電解コンデンサーの主要材料である高純度アルミ箔の中国での生産能力増強を決定いたしました。昭和電工アルミ（南通）有限公司（以下、SDAN）の月産能力を現在の600トンから800トンに増強し、本年11月からの稼働を目指します。

アルミ電解コンデンサーは、家電製品からIT機器、電気自動車やハイブリッド車、新エネルギー分野まで幅広く使用されており、特に環境・エネルギー分野を中心に需要伸長が見込まれています。

SDANは中国国内のお客様にタイムリーに高純度アルミ箔を販売する現地生産拠点として、当社堺事業所から供給する中間製品の最終加工を行っています。中国では、近年堅調に推移する太陽光発電需要に加え、生産の自動化を目的とした産業機器需要の拡大や自動車の急速な電装化を背景に、同社で生産するハイエンド*品の市場が拡大しています。現在同社はフル稼働が続いており、成長市場に対する安定供給を持続するため、今回、増強を決定しました。なお、堺事業所とSDANを合わせた電解箔の月産能力は、3,000トンで変わりありません。

当社グループは今後とも、高品質の高純度アルミ箔を安定的に供給することで、世界のアルミ電解コンデンサー市場拡大にタイムリーに対応してまいります。
