8K映像の活用により4K映像表現の可能性も広げ、4K/8K制作環境の普及を推進

東京, 2017年09月15日 - (JCN Newswire) - ソニーは、新開発1.25型8K イメージセンサーを搭載した8K 3板式カメラシステムを発売します。イメージセンサーとプリズムの組み合わせにより、高解像度8K（7680×4320）で最大120pの高速撮影や、広色域でハイダイナミックレンジ（HDR）に対応した映像撮影が可能です。スポーツシーンからエンタテインメント、学術映像に至るまで、幅広い用途で豊かな映像表現を実現します。

『UHC-8300』は4K映像やHD映像の制作用途にも幅広く使えるよう、8K/4K/HD信号の同時出力に対応しています。お持ちの4K/HD制作機器と連携したシステム構築も可能です。また、8K映像から任意の4K映像を切り出して運用できる4Kカットアウト機能を搭載し、4K映像表現の可能性や制作の用途がより広がります。また、B4レンズアダプター(※1)と組み合わせれば、将来的にはB4マウントレンズが装着できるため、スポーツシーンなど高倍率のレンズが必要な制作現場においても、撮影に適した4Kレンズを幅広い選択肢から選べます(※2)。

※1：B4レンズアダプターは現時点で販売されていません（2017年9月15日　広報発表時において）。
※2：レンズとの組み合わせによっては、8K解像度の撮影ができない場合があります。
