富士通、「Dow Jones Sustainability World Index」に通算18回目の選定

東京, 2017年09月21日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、世界的な社会的責任投資（Socially Responsible Investment、以下、SRI）（注1）指標である「Dow Jones Sustainability World Index（以下、DJSI World）」の構成銘柄に選定されました。1999年のインデックス創設以来、18回目の選定になります。

「DJSI World」は、米国S&Pダウ・ジョーンズ・インデックス社とスイスのロベコSAM社による株式指標で、経済・環境・社会の3つの側面から企業を分析し、企業の持続可能性（サステナビリティ）に優れた会社を選定するものです。銘柄選定は、世界約2,500社を対象とした調査のもとに毎年行われ、サステナビリティの観点から、各産業分野で上位10％が優れた企業として選出されます。今年は当社を含め、319社（内、日本企業は32社）が選定されました。

当社はITサービス & Internetソフトウエア・サービス分野において、「環境方針／マネジメントシステム」や「環境レポーティング」など環境分野に関する取り組みや、「企業市民活動／慈善活動」「人権」など社会分野に関する取り組みについて高い評価を獲得しました。
