富士通、投資有価証券売却に関するお知らせ

東京, 2017年09月26日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、2017年2月7日に公表しました当社が保有する富士電機株式会社の株式の売却に関し、本日、下記のとおり決定しましたので、お知らせいたします。

記

1. 売却の内容
(1) 銘柄: 富士電機株式会社
(2) 売却予定株数: 54,000,000株
(3) 売却価格決定日: 2017年9月26日（火）
(4) 受渡日: 2017年9月29日（金）

2. 売却の理由等
当社は、2017年2月7日に公表した「主要株主との株式持合いの見直しについて」のとおり、富士電機株式会社との間で株式持合いの見直しを行い、当社が保有する同社の株式の一部を売却することといたしました。

なお、一部売却後の富士電機株式会社の株式につきましては、協力関係の維持を目的とし、継続保有することといたします。

3. 今後の見通し
本株式売却による売却益については、2018年3月期第2四半期の連結決算において27,360百万円を金融収益に計上する予定です。また、2018年3月期の個別決算においても、同額を特別利益に計上する予定です。
