ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメントの新経営体制について

社長兼 CEOに小寺剛が就任、アンドリュー・ハウスが会長に

東京, 2017年10月03日 - (JCN Newswire) - ソニー株式会社（以下、ソニー（株））とソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメントLLC（以下、SIE）は、SIE副社長である小寺剛（こでら・つよし）が、同日付でSIE社長兼 CEOに就任する旨を発表しました。同社長兼グローバルCEOであるアンドリュー・ハウスは、同社会長に就き、年内は円滑な経営体制移行につとめます。

同時に、国内法人である株式会社ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメントについても代表取締役社長に小寺が就任し、ハウスは取締役会長に就きます。

小寺は、SIEが担うゲーム＆ネットワークサービス事業についてグローバルな経営責任を有し、ソニー（株）社長兼 CEOの平井一夫に直接レポートします。

今回のSIEの経営体制の変更に伴い、同日付でハウスはソニー（株）執行役　EVPを退任します。小寺のソニー（株）執行役員　ビジネスエグゼクティブの役職に変更はありません。
