ソニー、業界最高解像度の車載カメラ向け有効742万画素積層型CMOSイメージセンサーを商品化

東京, 2017年10月23日 - (JCN Newswire) - ソニーは、先進運転支援システム（ADAS）用途の前方センシングカメラ向けに、1/1.7型で業界最高解像度(※1)となる有効742万画素RCCCフィルタ(※2)採用の積層型CMOSイメージセンサー『IMX324』を商品化し、2017年11月からサンプル出荷を開始します。

本イメージセンサーは、従来比(※3)約3倍の水平解像度を持ち、遠方撮影では約160m先(※4)にある交通標識の高精細な撮像を実現します。さらに低照度の環境においては、感度をより高めるための画素加算モード(※5)の搭載により、高感度2666mVを実現し、月明かりに相当する暗さの夜間でも歩行者や障害物を撮像することが可能です。また、夜間においてヘッドライトや街灯により明暗が混在する場面でも、暗い部分は高感度、明るい部分は高解像度で交互に撮像する機能を持たせ、後段の信号処理との組み合わせによる高精度な認識が可能となります。
