富士通: 商船三井様、宇部興産海運様とAIを活用した船舶性能推定技術を実証

実海域データでの実証により、船舶性能を誤差1.5%以下の高精度で予測することに成功

東京, 2017年11月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社富士通研究所（注1）（以下、富士通研究所）は、国立大学法人東京海洋大学様（以下、東京海洋大学様）と共同で開発した、船の速度や燃料消費量など船舶性能の推定技術（注2）の実証を株式会社商船三井様（以下、商船三井様）、宇部興産海運株式会社様（以下、宇部興産海運様）と行いました。その結果、外航・内航の航路いずれにおいても誤差1.5%以下での船舶性能の推定が可能であることを実証し、様々な気象・海象条件における本技術の実用性を確認しました。本技術により、運用者は燃費を削減する航路を正確に予測して燃費削減につなげることが可能となります。

富士通株式会社（以下、富士通）は、本技術を、位置情報を活用したクラウドサービス「FUJITSU Mobility Solution SPATIOWL（フジツウモビリティソリューションスペーシオウル）」のメニューの一つとして搭載し2018年中のサービス提供を目指します。

本検証の詳細は、11月8日（水曜日）から9日（木曜日）までドイツのミュンヘンで開催予定の「Fujitsu Forum 2017 Munich」にて展示を行います。
