トヨタのコネクティッドカー向けに国内初の運転挙動反映型テレマティクス自動車保険を開発

東京, 2017年11月08日 - (JCN Newswire) - トヨタ自動車株式会社（代表取締役社長：豊田章男、以下トヨタ）とMS＆ADインシュアランスグループのあいおいニッセイ同和損害保険株式会社（代表取締役社長：金杉恭三、以下あいおいニッセイ同和損保）は、トヨタが展開するコネクティッドカーの一部※1を対象に、テレマティクス※2技術で取得した走行データに基づき、毎月の安全運転の度合いを保険料に反映し、基本保険料と運転分保険料からなるトータル保険料のうち、最大で運転分保険料の80％を割引く※3、日本国内初となる運転挙動反映型テレマティクス保険を共同で開発したことをお知らせいたします。「運転特性による割引」の他、『楽しむ』『得する』『見守る』をコンセプトとした様々なサービスも提供いたします。販売開始時期は、2018年1月15日（保険責任開始は2018年4月）を予定しております。

両社は、コネクティッドカー並びに車両ビッグデータを活用したテレマティクス自動車保険の開発・提供を通じて、「安全・安心なクルマ社会の実現」に貢献してまいります。
