三菱電機、ワイヤ放電加工機「MP D-CUBESシリーズ」を発売

自動車・精密電子部品など金型の大型化・加工の高精度化を支援

東京, 2017年11月27日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、自動車・精密電子部品など向けの水加工液仕様のワイヤ放電加工機の新製品として、金型の大型化および加工の高精度化に対応する「MP D-CUBES（エムピー　ディーキューブ）シリーズ」3機種を11月27日に発売します。

新製品の特長

1. 水加工液仕様において超硬合金加工で高速・高精度加工を実現
- 新制御装置「D-CUBES」のコーナー制御アルゴリズムを改良し、超硬合金厚さ80mmでの連続加工時のコーナー精度+/-2umを実現
- 新超仕上げ電源の搭載により、超硬合金加工において面粗さ0.6umRz※1での加工速度を30%向上※2

2. 駆動システムの軸送りと加工精度の向上により、金型の大型化・高精度化に対応
- 新制御装置「D-CUBES」、シャフトリニアモーターとサーボアンプによる駆動システム、構造体温度変化と上下ガイドの相対変位を抑制するサーマルプロテクション搭載により、大型プレート加工のピッチ精度+/-1.5umを実現

3. 操作ナビゲーション導入と三面昇降加工槽搭載により作業効率を向上
- 新制御装置「D-CUBES」において、19インチ大画面タッチスクリーンでの操作ナビゲーション導入により、段取りから加工までの操作数を従来比※3で最大40％削減
- 左右から定盤にアクセスできる三面昇降加工槽搭載により、大型ワークの段取り作業性を向上
