ソフトバンク、ワイモバイルで「Android Ambassador」を600人に拡大

東京, 2017年11月30日 - (JCN Newswire) - ソフトバンク株式会社および株式会社ウィルコム沖縄は、“ワイモバイル”の店舗で接客を行う、Android(TM) やAndroid 端末上のGoogle のサービスに精通した「Android Ambassador（アンドロイドアンバサダー）」を、2018年3月末までに600人に拡大します。

「Android Ambassador」は、Google が提供する「Android Ambassador」プログラムのトレーニングを修了した店頭スタッフです。2017年2月に首都圏で約60人からスタートし、現在は約350人の「Android Ambassador」が全国のワイモバイルショップや家電量販店などで活躍していますが、今年度末までにスタート時の10倍となる600人に拡大します。「Android Ambassador」プログラムは、Android やAndroid で使用可能なGoogle のさまざまなサービスに対して幅広い知識を持つ人材を育てることを目標としており、本プログラムを修了した「Android Ambassador」は、お客さまのニーズに合ったAndroid 搭載スマートフォンの使い方を提案するなど、これまで以上にきめ細やかな接客を行えるようになります。

“ワイモバイル”は、より多くのお客さまに安心してスマートフォンを楽しんでいただけるよう努めてまいります。
