富士通、自然な対人コミュニケーションを実現する「ロボットAIプラットフォーム」を提供開始

既存システムやマルチデバイスにも対応した柔軟なロボットサービスを実現

東京, 2017年12月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、このたび、自然な対人コミュニケーションを実現するサービスプラットフォームとして、「ロボットAIプラットフォーム」を開発し、第一弾として、ユニロボット株式会社（注1）の提供するコミュニケーションロボット「unibo」と連携します。導入検討に向けた実証用に1年間利用できるサービスと、本格導入に向けたコンサルティングの提供を開始します。今後、マルチデバイス対応によるタブレット、スマートフォン、インターホンなど様々なフロントデバイスと接続した「ロボットAIプラットフォーム　基本サービス for マルチデバイス」サービスなどを順次提供予定です。

本プラットフォームは、自然対話、表情認識、音声感情分析、顔認識などのコミュニケーションに関わるAI技術を搭載し、ロボットなどのデバイスと接続したクラウドサービスとして提供します。接続先のロボットは、窓口業務や高齢者介護など様々な現場で個人の状態や嗜好にあった自然対話によるコミュニケーションサービスを実現します。本プラットフォームを、お客様の既存システムに連携させることにより、お客様自身の業務や提供するサービスに、ロボットによる付加価値を加えることが可能となります。
