昭和電工、通期連結業績予想の修正に関するお知らせ

東京, 2017年12月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、最近の景気動向を踏まえ、平成29年7月24日に公表した平成29年12月期通期連結業績予想を修正いたします。なお、下記見通しの親会社株主に帰属する当期純利益につきましては、平成29年10月2日に統合した SGL GE 社(現 SHOWA DENKO CARBON Holding GmbH)との事業統合の影響について精査に時間を要しますので前回予想を据え置いております。

1. 平成29年12月期通期連結業績予想の修正

(2) 業績予想修正の理由

売上高は、無機セグメントにおいて第４四半期から SGL GE 社(現 SHOWA DENKO CARBON Holding GmbH) との事業統合に伴い損益を連結するため増収を見込みます。石油化学セグメントは、原料ナフサ価格が上昇し製品市況が前回予想を上回って推移していることにより増収を見込みます。

営業利益は、石油化学セグメントではアジア市場の堅調な需給を受け製品のスプレッドが前回予想を上回り、無機セグメントでは中国子会社が黒鉛電極市況の上昇を受け、それぞれ前回予想を上回る見込みです。

経常利益は主に営業利益の増益を受け前回予想を上回る見込みです。

なお、親会社株主に帰属する当期純利益は、平成29年10月2日に統合したSGL GE社(現SHOWA DENKO CARBON Holding GmbH)との事業統合の影響について精査に時間を要しますので前回予想を据え置いております。
