トヨタ・日産自・ホンダなど、水素ステーションの本格整備を目的とした新会社を2018年春に設立

11社が新会社設立に合意し、契約を締結

豊田, 2017年12月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - トヨタ自動車株式会社（社長：豊田章男）、日産自動車株式会社（社長：西川廣人）、本田技研工業株式会社（社長：八郷隆弘）、JXTGエネルギー株式会社（社長：杉森務）、出光興産株式会社（社長：月岡隆）、岩谷産業株式会社（社長：谷本光博）、東京ガス株式会社（社長：広瀬道明）、東邦ガス株式会社（社長：冨成義郎）、日本エア・リキード株式会社（社長：矢原史朗）、豊田通商株式会社（社長：加留部淳）、株式会社日本政策投資銀行（社長：柳正憲）の計11社は、2017年5月より燃料電池自動車（以下、FCV）向け水素ステーションの本格整備を目的とした新たな協業について検討を行い、この度新会社を2018年春に設立することで合意し、設立に係る契約を締結しました。

新会社は、水素・燃料電池戦略協議会「水素・燃料電池戦略ロードマップ」（2016年3月22日付改訂）の官民目標（2020年度までに水素ステーション160箇所の整備、FCVの4万台普及など）を踏まえ、表記11社を中心にオールジャパンでの協業によりFCV普及初期における水素ステーションの整備を加速させるべく、設立するものです。

新会社では、FCV普及初期における水素ステーション事業の諸課題を踏まえ、インフラ事業者、自動車メーカー、金融機関等がそれぞれの役割を果たし、協調することで、FCV需要の最大化が狙える水素ステーションの戦略的な整備と、それを踏まえた着実なFCVの普及、及び水素ステーション事業の自立化を目指します。
