富士通とUTグループが人材派遣事業で協業

東京, 2017年12月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - 富士通株式会社(本社：東京都港区、代表取締役社長：田中達也、以下、富士通)とUTグループ株式会社(本社：東京都品川区、代表取締役社長兼CEO：若山陽一、以下、UTグループ)は、富士通の全額出資子会社である富士通アプリコ株式会社(本社：神奈川県川崎市、代表取締役社長：碇山洋一、以下、富士通アプリコ)の人材派遣事業について協業することに合意しました。

富士通は、2018年4月1日に富士通アプリコを人材派遣事業とそれ以外の事業に分割し、人材派遣事業を担う存続会社の株式51％をUTグループへ譲渡する予定です。なお、富士通アプリコの人材派遣事業以外の事業は引き続き富士通グループ内にて継続します。

富士通アプリコは従業員に対するきめ細かなフォローアップにより、富士通グループ各社を中心に高品質な人材派遣サービスを提供してきました。今回の協業により、人材派遣専業であるUTグループの豊富な経験、ノウハウとネットワークを融合し、従業員の人材活用および幅広い就業先の確保により、事業の拡大を実現していきます。
