東京, 2017年12月26日 - (JCN Newswire) - 平成29年11月10日付プレスリリース「当社子会社（日東富士製粉株式会社）の株式会社増田製粉所普通株式に対する公開買付けの開始に関するお知らせ」にて公表のとおり、当社連結子会社である日東富士製粉株式会社が、株式会社増田製粉所の普通株式を金融商品取引法に基づく公開買付け（以下「本公開買付け」といいます。）により取得することを決議し、平成29年11月13日より本公開買付けを実施しておりましたが、本公開買付けが平成29年12月25日を以って終了致しましたので、別添のとおりお知らせいたします。
