三菱電機、DIC株式会社鹿島工場向け太陽光発電設備が竣工

自家消費型太陽光発電設備として国内最大級のメガソーラー

東京, 2018年01月23日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、DIC株式会社鹿島工場（茨城県神栖市）向けに納入した1.6メガワットの太陽光発電設備が1月26日に竣工しますのでお知らせします。

本発電設備は、自家消費を目的とした太陽光発電設備として国内最大級※1で、環境省の二酸化炭素排出抑制対策事業費等補助金（平成29年度再生可能エネルギー電気・熱自立的普及促進事業）に採択されています。

納入設備の特長

1. 塩害対策機器の採用により沿岸部への設置を実現し、遊休地の有効活用に貢献
- 耐候性に優れた三層構造PETフィルムを採用するとともに、フレーム取り付け部材にメッキ処理を施し、太陽電池モジュールの耐塩性を強化
- パワーコンディショナ収納盤（エンクロージャ）を耐塩仕様にするとともに、空調室外機に重耐塩仕様品を採用。付帯設備の沿岸部への設置を実現し、沿岸部の遊休地を有効活用

2. 低勾配設置に対応したモジュールと最適な配置により発電容量を最大化
- 太陽電池モジュールのフレーム四隅に水切り加工を施すことで高い排水性と埃の排出性を確保。モジュールアレイ※2の設置間隔が縮小できる低勾配設置を実現し、発電容量を向上
- 架台製造コストなどの経済性や限られたスペースを考慮したシミュレーションによる最適な設置傾斜角（5度）とレイアウトにより年間発電量を最大化
