三菱電機、発電事業者・小売電気事業者の収益向上と安定化に貢献する電力取引入札策定支援技術を開発

東京, 2018年01月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、発電事業者・小売電気事業者が一般社団法人日本卸電力取引所(以下、日本卸電力取引所)への入札時の意思決定を支援する技術を開発しました。電力の市場価格の変動を考慮した発電設備の運用と電力市場への入札を決定することができます。これにより、発電事業者・小売電気事業者の収益の向上と安定化に貢献します。

開発の特長

1. 不確実な要素のモデル化により電力ポートフォリオを最適化
- 電力市場価格などの不確実な要素をモデル化し、電力ポートフォリオ（発電設備運用と市場取引の配分計画）を最適化
- 不確実な条件下でも収益の向上と安定化に貢献

2. 電力ポートフォリオに対する収益分布を高速に計算・評価
- 電力ポートフォリオに対して、電力の需要や市場価格の異なる複数の代表シナリオを適用して重回帰モデル※1を作成
- 重回帰モデルの全シナリオへの適用により、収益分布を高速に計算して見える化を実現
- インバランス料金を含めた収益変動を入札前に把握し、電力市場への入札の意思決定を支援

今後の展開

本技術を電力取引支援システムに組み込み、2020年度の実用化を目指します。
