サンヨーホームズと日立が協創パートナーシップを締結

「高齢者向け生活支援サービス事業協創プロジェクト」を開始

東京, 2018年01月29日 - (JCN Newswire) - サンヨーホームズ株式会社(代表取締役会長兼CEO:田中康典／以下、サンヨーホームズ)と株式会社日立製作所(執行役社長兼CEO:東原敏昭／以下、日立)は、本日、ひとりひとりの暮らしに寄り添ったサービスの提案・展開を通して、住まいと暮らしの向上をめざした生活支援サービス事業において、協創パートナーシップを締結することに合意しました。両社は、人生100年時代における人々のQoL(Quality of Life)向上をめざし、協創の第一弾として「高齢者向け生活支援サービス事業協創プロジェクト」を開始します。

本プロジェクトでは、サンヨーホームズの持つ住まい・介護施設や関連設備と、日立のIoT*1技術を活用して、人・家・街・社会をデータでつなぎ、家庭での高齢者の見守り支援サービスや、高齢者の生活や行動パターンを分析・見える化することにより高齢者の健康を維持するサービスの展開をめざします。また、高齢者が安心して元気に暮らせる「健康支援センター*2」を設立し、実際にサービスを提供していく計画です。

サンヨーホームズの経営理念である「快適空間の創造と退屈しない人生の提案をすることで顧客満足の向上を図る」、日立生活・エコシステム事業統括本部の事業スローガンである「360度ハピネス～ひとりひとりに、うれしい暮らしを～」のもと、高齢者が介護に頼らない自立した暮らしの実現を支援していきます。
