三菱電機、非常用エレベーター「非常用機械室レス・エレベーター」を発売

機械室をなくし、建築設計の自由度を向上

東京, 2018年02月05日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、非常用エレベーターの新製品として、「非常用機械室レス・エレベーター」を2月5日に発売します。機械室をなくすことで、建築設計の自由度を向上するとともに、「スーパー可変速システム」の採用により、利用者の待ち時間・乗車時間を短縮し、快適な利用に貢献します。

新製品の特長

1. 非常用エレベーターの機械室をなくし、建築設計の自由度を向上
- 消防活動などによる放水を考慮し、IPX2※1と同等以上の等級で耐水保護性能を有した駆動装置および制御装置（以下、駆動・制御装置）を採用
- 屋上塔屋などに設けていた非常用エレベーターの機械室をなくし、建築設計の自由度を向上
- 国土交通省告示第601号※2に対応し、国土交通省大臣認定を取得

2. 「スーパー可変速システム」採用により、待ち時間と乗車時間を短縮
- 乗車率に応じて速度と加速度を最適化する「スーパー可変速システム」※3を採用
- 同じ定格速度のエレベーターと比べて、待ち時間を最大22％、乗車時間を最大33％短縮※4
