富士通と富士通北陸システムズ、東京都北区とAI活用の介護保険業務の効率化に向けた実証実験を実施
自治体基幹業務システムへのAI実装を検証
東京, 2018年02月13日 - (JCN Newswire) - 富士通株式会社(以下、富士通)と株式会社富士通北陸システムズ(以下、富士通北陸システムズ)は、東京都北区(以下、北区)様と共同で、社会保障給付の適正化に向けた取り組みの一環として、北区様の職員が従来人手で行っていた介護サービス事業者からの介護給付費請求の指導監督に関する業務(以下、指導業務)を、富士通のAI技術「FUJITSU Human Centric AI Zinrai(以下、Zinrai)」を活用して効率化できることを検証する実証実験を2018年1月から3月まで実施します。
日本社会の高齢化が急速に進む中、北区様では高齢者が健やかに安心して暮らせるまちづくりを推進していますが、要介護認定者や介護施設の増加に伴い、介護給付費支給にともなう請求内容の分析業務や指導業務の増大が大きな課題となっています。
本実証実験では、SEによるお客様業務知見とソフトウェア開発技術の融合を進める富士通北陸システムズが開発した機械学習技術を活用し、北区様の介護保険システムに蓄積された介護サービス事業者からの過去の介護給付費請求データなどを機械学習させ、請求内容の適正性を分析できるモデルを構築し、その有効性を検証します。
北区様は、本実証実験で得られる知見を生かし、これまで担当職員が時間をかけて実施しなければならなかった介護給付費支給業務の効率化をはかるとともに、介護給付費請求のさらなる適正化を目指します。
