三菱電機、プリント電子基板製造機能を移管する「三菱電機コントロールパネル株式会社」を設立

東京, 2018年02月19日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、制御盤・配電盤を製造する子会社2社を統合し、さらに当社からプリント電子基板製造機能を移管する「三菱電機コントロールパネル株式会社」を2018年4月1日に設立します。制御盤・配電盤製造の技術力・ものづくり力の集約とプリント電子基板からシステムまでの一貫生産体制を整備することで経営基盤強化と競争力強化を図り、電力・社会インフラ向け制御盤・配電盤製造の事業規模拡大を目指します。

設立の背景とねらい

国内電力・社会インフラ分野は、再生可能エネルギーの拡大や分散電源化の進展などにより、市場構造が大きく変化しています。また、社会の安心・安全を支える電力・社会インフラ向け製品の技術や技能の維持・向上の必要性が、より一層高まっています。

当社は、市場構造の変化に機動的に対応し、多様化するお客さまのニーズに応えるため、制御盤・配電盤を製造する国内子会社メルコ・コントロール・プロダクツ株式会社※1とメルココントロールパネルアンドコンポーネント株式会社※2を統合して人員・設備の有効活用によりコスト競争力を強化します。さらに当社から制御盤・配電盤の主要部品であるプリント電子基板製造機能を移管し、プリント電子基板・制御ユニットから制御盤・配電盤、システムの製造まで一貫生産する体制を整備し生産性を高め、高性能・高品質な製品・サービスを提供します。
