三菱電機、三菱電機配電用「スーパー高効率油入変圧器EX-αシリーズ」発売のお知らせ

アモルファス合金の採用により省エネを実現

東京, 2018年02月27日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱電機株式会社は、工場・ビル・学校・公共機関など幅広い分野で使用される配電用油入変圧器の新製品として、三菱電機配電用「スーパー高効率油入変圧器EX-αシリーズ」52機種を3月5日に発売します。鉄心材料にアモルファス合金を採用することで、さらなる高効率変換を実現し、省エネに貢献します。

新製品の特長

1. 鉄心にアモルファス合金を採用し、さらなるエネルギー損失の低減を実現
- 鉄心材料に磁気特性に優れたアモルファス合金を採用し、待機時の変圧器エネルギー損失を当社標準品トップランナー油入変圧器Rシリーズと比べて約3分の１に低減

2. 第二次トップランナー基準を大幅に上回る省エネ性能を実現
- 負荷率20～30％前後の低負荷運転時に特に優れた効率特性を実現するとともに、負荷状況を問わず業界トップクラスの省エネを実現し、節電に貢献
- エネルギー損失の低減に加え、巻線や内部構造の設計最適化により、負荷運転時の効率特性を改善し、第二次トップランナー基準※1における省エネ基準達成率約140%を実現
