富士通、世界180か国対象のグローバルオンサイトオペレーションを提供開始

全拠点で一貫したIT機器運用によりグローバルなITガバナンスの強化を支援

東京, 2018年03月05日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、世界各国に拠点を展開する当社の海外グループ会社やサービスプロバイダーと連携し、約180か国において、IT機器のメンテナンス作業を代行するサービス「FUJITSU Managed Infrastructure Service グローバルオンサイトオペレーション (以下、グローバルオンサイトオペレーション)」を、日本国内のグローバルでビジネスを展開する法人向けに2018年3月5日より販売開始します。

本サービスは、当社との契約のみで、ほぼ全世界におけるお客様の海外拠点へエンジニアを派遣し、PC・ネットワーク機器・サーバなどのIT機器に対して、標準化されたメンテナンス作業を代行するものです。

これにより、海外の全拠点で一貫したIT機器運用を実現し、お客様のグローバルなITガバナンスの強化を支援します。
