Honda、ヤチヨの四輪完成車生産事業会社を完全子会社化

東京, 2018年03月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - Hondaは、2018年4月2日に、八千代工業株式会社（代表取締役社長：山口次郎、以下、ヤチヨ）から、四輪完成車生産事業を行う子会社（以下、対象会社）の全株式を譲り受け、完全子会社化する予定です。本内容は、昨年10月4日にすでに発表しておりますが、このたび、譲り受け後の対象会社の商号・代表者などを決定いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。

Hondaは、今回の完全子会社化により、ヤチヨが蓄積してきた技術や人材を活かしながら、最適な少量生産体制を進化させ、より一層の効率化を図ります。

今後も、Hondaはヤチヨと密接に協力することで、お客様の暮らしに役立つ製品の提供に努めていきます。
