トヨタ、子会社社名変更のお知らせ

「株式会社トヨタエナジーソリューションズ」へ社名変更

豊田, 2018年03月19日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社トヨタタービンアンドシステム（代表取締役社長：等哲郎）は、3月16日に開催した臨時株主総会において、2018年4月1日付けで、社名（商号）を「株式会社トヨタエナジーソリューションズ」（英文表記：TOYOTA ENERGY SOLUTIONS INC．）に変更することを決議しました。

当社は、ガス等を燃焼させて発電するタービン技術を実用化、普及するために1998年に設立されました。その後、2010年に省エネ空調機販売、2013年からエネルギーマネジメント事業、電力小売事業などに拡大してまいりました。

本年4月に会社創立20周年を迎えるにあたり、一層のエネルギー分野の事業強化を目的に、社名を変更することといたしました。

今後は、積極的な技術開発・製品開発により、一層の省エネ・CO2削減を通じて、トヨタ自動車の掲げる「環境チャレンジ２０５０」の実現、更にはCO2ゼロ社会の実現に貢献できるよう、事業を推進してまいります。
