三菱商事: 三菱自動車工業株式会社株式に対する公開買付けの結果に関するお知らせ

東京, 2018年03月21日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱商事株式会社（以下「三菱商事」といいます。）の完全子会社であるＭＡＩ株式会社（以下「公開買付者」といいます。）は、平成 30年2月 20日、三菱自動車工業株式会社（東証第一部、証券コード7211、以下「対象者」といいます。）の普通株式（以下「対象者株式」といいます。）を金融商品取引法（昭和 23年法律第 25号。その後の改正を含みます。以下「法」といいます。）に基づく公開買付け（以下「本公開買付け」といいます。）により取得することを決定し、平成 30年2月 21日より本公開買付けを実施しておりましたが、本公開買付けが平成 30 年3月 20 日をもって終了いたしましたので、下記のとおりお知らせいたします。

また、本公開買付けの結果、平成 30 年 3 月 20 日（公開買付期間の末日）付で対象者は三菱商事の持分法適用関連会社となりましたので、併せてお知らせいたします。
