富士通、「平成30年度科学技術分野の文部科学大臣表彰」において「科学技術賞」を3件受賞

東京, 2018年04月10日 - (JCN Newswire) - 文部科学省が主催する「平成30年度科学技術分野の文部科学大臣表彰」において、富士通株式会社（注1）（以下、富士通）および株式会社富士通研究所（注2）（以下、富士通研究所）は「大規模PCクラスタ構築技術の開発」で科学技術賞開発部門を、富士通と株式会社UT-Heart研究所（注3）は「心臓シミュレータによる臨床研究」で科学技術賞研究部門を受賞しました。また、富士通研究所は「次世代を担う青少年に向けたスパコンが拓く未来の理解増進」の取り組みにおいて科学技術賞理解増進部門を受賞しました。

文部科学省では、科学技術に関する研究開発、理解増進などにおいて顕著な成果を収めた者について、その功績を讃えることにより、科学技術に携わる者の意欲の向上を図り、我が国の科学技術水準の向上に寄与することを目的とする科学技術分野の文部科学大臣表彰を定めています。今年の表彰式は、2018年4月17日（火曜日）に文部科学省にて行われます。
