日立CM、新機能の真空ポンプで、真空かくはん・真空保存を可能にしたパーソナルブレンダー「VEGEE」を発売

東京, 2018年04月12日 - (JCN Newswire) - 日立コンシューマ・マーケティング株式会社(取締役社長:須藤利昭／以下、日立CM)は、新開発した「真空ポンプ」を搭載し、真空かくはんと真空保存を可能にしたパーソナルブレンダー「VEGEE(*1)」を5月下旬から発売します。

従来のパーソナルブレンダー(*2)は、材料(*3)のかくはん時や保存時に、空気中の酸素に触れることによって酸化が進み、色味や風味が損なわれていました。

日立CMは、標準大気圧より低い約0.8気圧の真空環境(*4)をボトル内につくり、材料のかくはん時や保存時の酸化を抑えて鮮度を維持することができる「真空ポンプ」を新たに搭載しました。
