富士通、採用計画を発表

東京, 2018年04月17日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社はこのたび、2019年度の新卒採用計画および2018年度のキャリア採用計画を以下の通り決定しました。

2019年度の新卒採用については、短期的な景気変動に左右されず、毎年一定数を安定的に採用するため、前年同様750名とします。2018年度のキャリア採用については、専門性が高く即戦力となる人材の確保を目指し、150名を採用する計画です。

当社の成長戦略であるイノベーション領域やデジタルビジネス、グローバルビジネスの拡大に向け、当社が優位性をもつ「テクノロジーソリューション」に経営資源を集中するため、その核となるソフトウェアやサービスなどの重点分野や、AI、IoT、クラウド、セキュリティなどの成長領域へ重点的に人材を配置します。
