三菱重工、連結子会社の吸収合併（簡易合併）及び特別利益計上に関するお知らせ

東京, 2018年05月09日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱重工業は、当社100%出資子会社である菱重ファシリティー＆プロパティーズ株式会社との間で吸収合併契約を締結いたしましたので、別添のとおりお知らせいたします。また、本合併に伴い、平成30年度当社単独決算において、特別利益（抱合せ株式消滅差益）が発生する見込みとなりましたので、別添のとおりお知らせいたします。

なお、本合併は100％子会社を対象とする吸収合併であるため、開示事項・内容を一部省略しております。
