東京, 2018年05月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱重工業株式会社（三菱重工）、および三菱重工の100%出資子会社である三菱重工工作機械株式会社（MAT）は、2017年12月22日付けリリース「工作機械分野における事業提携で、ジェイテクトと基本合意」によりお知らせしましたとおり、株式会社ジェイテクト（JTEKT）と工作機械・精密工具分野において資本参加を含む事業提携に向けた基本合意に達し、正式契約の締結に向けた協議を開始しておりましたが、同基本合意をJTEKTとの間で合意解約し、本事業提携の検討及び協議を中止することを決定致しましたので、お知らせいたします。
