デンソー、韓国におけるグループ会社３社を経営統合

開発から生産、販売まで一貫し、経営スピードを向上

愛知, 2018年06月28日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社デンソー（本社：愛知県刈谷市、社長：有馬浩二）は、韓国の生産会社「デンソーコリアエレクトロニクス」、「デンソーコリアオートモーティブ」、および販売・開発会社「デンソーインターナショナルコリア」の3社を、2018年7月2日付けで経営統合します。統合後は「デンソー　コリア」として、自動車部品の開発から製造、販売まで一貫して行い、経営のスピードを向上させることで、韓国における事業体質の強化、成長に取り組みます。

デンソーは、1976年に初めて韓国で生産会社を設立して以来、現地のカーメーカー向けにメーターやヘッドアップディスプレイなどの表示系製品や、カーエアコン、スターターやオルタネーター、小型モーターなどを現地で生産してきました。また1997年には販売会社を設立し、現在では開発機能を担うテクニカルセンターを併設し、事業の現地化を進めてきました。

今回の経営統合により、技術開発とモノづくりの両面においてシナジーを創出するとともに、販売機能も一体化することで、現地顧客のニーズに合わせた製品開発をより加速させます。また経営部門など、機能部門を集約することで経営スピードを向上させます。

デンソーは今後も、地域のお客様のニーズに応えることで、現地経済および自動車産業の発展に貢献していきます。
