不二製油と富士通、情報システムに関する業務提携で合意
東京, 2018年07月02日 - (JCN Newswire) - 不二製油株式会社（本社：大阪府泉佐野市、社長：大森達司 以下、不二製油）および富士通株式会社（本社：東京都港区、社長：田中達也 以下、富士通）は、不二製油における情報システム部門の協働運営に関するパートナーシップ契約を締結し、不二製油の情報システム部門機能、情報システム要員、情報システム業務を富士通の子会社であるITマネジメントパートナーズ株式会社（本社：東京都港区、社長：上垣泰洋 以下、ITマネジメントパートナーズ）に移管することに合意しました。今後、ITマネジメントパートナーズは不二製油の情報システム部門としての立ち位置で不二製油へのITサービスを継続して提供していきます。
不二製油は、今回の契約を通じて、富士通のITに関するリソース・ノウハウを最大限に活用することで、情報システム部門の運用・保守業務の効率化を図ります。さらに、企画業務へのシフトを進め、最新テクノロジー（AI、IoT）をいち早く経営・事業へ直接貢献できる体制を構築します。また、富士通のIT人材育成プログラムを活用することで、IT全般における全体最適を図り、ITによるイノベーション強化を目指します。なお、不二製油の情報システム部長は不二製油としてのITマネジメントパートナーズの担当（部長）を兼務いたします。
富士通は、ITマネジメントパートナーズを通じて、不二製油との関係強化を図り、IT業務を統合的にサポートする中で、食品業界の業務ノウハウを習得し、食品業界向けソリューション開発などへの展開を目指します。
