三菱重工環境・化学エンジニアリング、AI・IoT関連技術を活用した横浜市ごみ焼却工場の情報共有化研究
AI・IoT技術を用いた実証研究を公民連携で始めます
東京, 2018年07月03日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱重工グループの三菱重工環境・化学エンジニアリング株式会社（MHIEC、社長：神野 定治、本社：横浜市西区）は、横浜市と、ごみ焼却工場、市庁舎との間でごみ焼却工場の運転データのネットワークを構築し、蓄積したデータをAI技術を活用して分析を行い、より高度な「ごみ焼却工場の安定運転」を目指す「公民連携によるごみ焼却工場へのAI・IoT技術の導入」に関する共同実証研究を行います。
1．期待する成果と活用
今回の実証研究では、IoT技術によりごみ焼却工場の運転状況がリアルタイムで市庁舎でも確認が可能となり、運転データをビッグデータとして蓄積することで、様々な分析を行うことが可能となります。これらのビッグデータをAI技術の活用により分析することで、「故障予知」、「安定運転の向上」、「発電電力量の向上」等の実現が期待され、「故障によるトラブル等の事前回避が行える」、「維持管理費の低減が図られる」等の最適なごみ焼却工場の運営につながります。

資源循環局都筑工場（都筑区平台27－1）

平成30年7月3日から平成31年3月31日
