富士通、和歌山県・大阪府と共同で、働き方改革に向けてRPAを活用した自治体職員の業務効率化の有効性を実証

東京, 2018年07月09日 - (JCN Newswire) - 当社は、自治体職員の働き方改革に向けたソリューション・サービス提供の一環として、和歌山県（注1）、大阪府（注2）と共同で、RPA（Robotic Process Automation）ツール「FUJITSU Software Interdevelop Axelute（インターディベロップアクセリュート）」（以下、「Axelute」）などを活用し、行政事務（以下、業務）を効率化する実証を2018年1月から開始し、主にシステム化されていない業務領域において、その有効性を検証しました。

和歌山県では、30市町村と連携して実施する総務省からの統計調査業務や、官報情報検索サービスから取得した企業情報を県税事務所に通知する業務などにRPAを適用し、作業時間を大幅に削減できることを確認しました。

また、大阪府では、所属別職員の時間外勤務の集計・報告作業など、大量の確認作業を伴う定常業務にRPAを適用し、職員の作業負担の軽減やミス防止への効果を検証しています。

今後も当社は、全国の自治体へのRPAなどの最新技術の適用を推進し、自治体の働き方改革に貢献していきます。
