トヨタ、モビリティサービスの体感・発信拠点として、「TOYOTA MOBILITY SHOWROOM」をオープン

豊田, 2018年07月30日 - (JCN Newswire) - トヨタ自動車株式会社（以下、トヨタ）は、法人のお客様を主な対象としたモビリティサービス※の体感・発信拠点「TOYOTA MOBILITY SHOWROOM」を、8月1日（水）にトヨタモビリティサービス株式会社の1階（東京都中央区日本橋）にオープンいたします。

昨今、自動車を取り巻く環境は大きく変化しており、従来の「所有」に加え、カーシェアリングをはじめとする「利活用」のニーズが高まってきております。こうした中、レンタカーやレンタリースの法人需要は今後も増加が見込まれ、同時に「利活用」をサポートするモビリティサービスが重要になってきております。今回、法人の集積地であり、「利活用」に対するニーズが高い東京に新たな拠点を設立することで、当社が提供するモビリティサービスに対する理解促進を図っていきたいと考えております。

「TOYOTA MOBILITY SHOWROOM」では、モビリティサービスの体感・発信の場として、デモ体験やコンテンツの説明によりサービスについての理解を深めていただくだけではなく、アンケートへのご協力を通じていただいたお客様のご意見をサービス開発・提供に生かすなど「お客様との双方向コミュニケーション」を実施してまいります。関係部署および18年4月に新設したトヨタモビリティサービス株式会社と連携をすることで、お客様のニーズを早期に捉えた、迅速かつ柔軟なサービス開発・提供につなげていきたいと考えております。
