慶應義塾大学医学部と富士通、AIによる診療支援を実現する技術を開発

東京, 2018年07月31日 - (JCN Newswire) - 慶應義塾大学医学部坂口光洋記念講座（システム医学）の洪繁准教授、放射線科学（診断）の橋本正弘助教らの研究グループと富士通株式会社（以下富士通、注1）は、慶應義塾大学メディカルAIセンター（注2）において、2018年1月から3つの研究テーマを掲げた臨床データのAI活用に向けた共同研究を開始し、このたび研究テーマの1つである診療支援のためのAI技術を開発しました。

本共同研究では、慶應義塾大学病院の診療記録、検体検査、画像検査、画像検査報告書などのさまざまな臨床データに対して、富士通のAI技術「FUJITSU Human Centric AI Zinrai（ジンライ）」を適用し、より良い医療の実現に向けた研究を行っています。

今回、放射線科医が読影（注3）した画像検査報告書に、自然言語処理と機械学習が可能なAI技術を適用し、入院などの要否を分類する学習済モデル（注4）を新たに開発しました。入院や手術、他科への診療依頼などを助言する本研究の応用により、画像検査報告書などの内容からAIが緊急性を分析し、治療を優先すべき検査結果を主治医に通知する診療支援ができ、これまで以上に適切かつ迅速な対応が可能な医療体制の構築が期待されます。

慶應義塾大学医学部と富士通は、2020年までの共同研究において、本成果の精度をさらに高めるとともに、臨床データを時系列で解析することで、薬剤の副作用を回避する最適な服薬法を提案するシステムなどについても研究を進めていきます。
