東京, 2018年07月31日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱重工業は、2017年5月24日に公表いたしました、当社が営むインダストリー&社会基盤ドメインにおける製造機能の一部を、当社の100％出資子会社である三菱重工機械システム株式会社（以下、「三菱重工機械システム」といいます。）に承継させる会社分割につきまして、本日、当社は三菱重工機械システムとの間で吸収分割契約を締結いたしましたので、別添のとおりお知らせいたします。

なお、本件分割は、100 ％出資子会社への簡易吸収分割であるため、開示事項・内容を一部省略しています。
