TOYOTA、カローラスポーツにMT車を投入

インテリジェントマニュアルトランスミッション（iMT）を採用

豊田, 2018年08月02日 - (JCN Newswire) - TOYOTAは、カローラスポーツに6速マニュアルトランスミッション（6速MT）搭載車を新設定し、全国のトヨタカローラ店を通じて、8月2日に発売しました。

カローラスポーツがお届けする「クルマ本来の楽しさ」のひとつとして、今回、新たに6速MTを搭載しました。カローラスポーツの“乗って楽しい”上質な走りにマニュアル操作が加わることで、より一層「操る楽しさ」をご体感いただけます。

また、多くの方にマニュアル操作を楽しんでいただけるよう、変速・発進操作をアシストするインテリジェントマニュアルトランスミッション（iMT）を採用しました。iMTでは、コンピューターがドライバーのクラッチ、シフト操作にあわせて、最適なエンジン回転数になるよう制御を行います。常時、スムーズな発進をサポートするとともに、ドライブモードセレクトでSPORTモードを選択すると、走行中の滑らかな変速をアシストします。

今後も、カローラスポーツは「クルマ本来の楽しさ」にこだわって進化していきます。
