次世代携帯端末「太陽生命コンシェルジュ」によるお客様との新しいコミュニケーション

東京, 2018年08月07日 - (JCN Newswire) - Ｔ＆Ｄ保険グループの太陽生命保険株式会社（社長田中勝英、以下太陽生命）は、富士通株式会社（社長田中達也、以下富士通）、株式会社ＮＴＴドコモ（社長吉澤和弘、以下ドコモ）およびネオス株式会社（社長池田昌史、以下ネオス）と、新しいコミュニケーションによりお客様とつながる次世代携帯端末「太陽生命コンシェルジュ」を開発しましたのでお知らせいたします。

太陽生命は、平成24年に「保険契約支援システム」（注1）を導入し、それまで紙媒体で行っていた保険契約の申込みについて、営業職員が携行する携帯端末に署名することで完了させるなど、手続きの完全ペーパーレス化を実現しています。この度、この携帯端末が革新的な進化を遂げ、「太陽生命コンシェルジュ」として生まれ変わりました。搭載した各種新機能（注2）を通じて、お客様のさまざまなご要望にその場でお応えすることができるようになります。新しいコミュニケーションによってお客様とつながることで、お客様の利便性向上とお客様サービスの進化を実現します。
