日立と三菱商事がパナマメトロ公社とモノレールシステム納入に関する基本合意書を締結
東京, 2018年08月31日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社日立製作所(執行役社長兼CEO：東原 敏昭／以下、日立)と、日立の鉄道システム事業におけるグループ会社であるアンサルドSTS社(CEO：アンディ・バー)、三菱商事株式会社(社長：垣内 威彦／以下、三菱商事)の3社による企業グループは、パナマメトロ公社との間で、パナマメトロ3号線におけるモノレールシステムの納入に関して基本合意書を締結しました。
本合意は、パナマメトロ3号線事業においてモノレールシステムを納入する企業グループとなることをパナマメトロ公社と合意したものです。土木を含む案件全体を取りまとめる主契約者が決まり次第、主契約者とサブコントラクター契約を締結する予定です。
日立は車両(168両/28編成)、アンサルドSTS社は信号・通信・変電システム、三菱商事は商務関連を担当します。
なお、本プロジェクトは、都市の交通機能の改善および気候変動対策への取り組み支援として、円借款が国際協力機構(JICA)から供与され、貸付資金は土木工事およびモノレールシステムの調達などに充当されます。
