日立産機システム、新型配電用変圧器「SuperアモルファスZero Sシリーズ」販売開始

省エネ性能向上とラインアップ拡充

東京, 2018年09月20日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社日立産機システム(取締役社長:荒谷豊)は、省エネ性能を向上し、小容量機種のラインアップを拡充した、新型配電用変圧器「SuperアモルファスZero Sシリーズ」を2018年10月1日から販売開始します。

配電用変圧器は、工場やビルなどの幅広い分野で使用されており、経済産業省より特定機器*1に指定され省エネ化への対応が求められています。日立のアモルファス変圧器は、トップランナー基準*2のエネルギー消費効率*3を上回る省エネを実現しています。

今回開発した新型の「SuperアモルファスZero Sシリーズ」は、従来比で省エネ性能を最大13％向上させました*4。トップランナー基準では最大で166％を達成する、業界最高レベルの省エネ性能を実現しました。また、小容量機種のラインアップを追加し、産業用途の幅広い需要に応えます。一般的に、変圧器は省エネ性能を向上すると大型化してしまいますが、新型の「SuperアモルファスZero Sシリーズ」は、鉄心やコイルなどの設計を最適化することで、従来品と同一の外形および据付寸法を実現しました*4*5。省エネ性能の向上と小型化を両立したことにより、設置場所の制約がある場合やリニューアル時の省エネ対応を容易にします。
