NEDOと日立、スロベニアでクラウド型エネルギー管理システムの実証事業を開始へ
電力系統の事故時の自立運転など、エネルギーサービス事業の実現を目指す
東京, 2018年09月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - NEDOと(株)日立製作所は、スロベニアの国営送電事業者であるELES, d.o.oと共同で推進しているスマートコミュニティ実証事業を拡充し、新たに「クラウド型エネルギー管理システム(AEMS)」の実証を2018年10月より開始します。
これに先立ち、NEDOとスロベニアの経済開発・技術省、インフラ省およびELES, d.o.oは、拡充テーマの共同実施に合意し、9月24日にそれぞれ協力覚書(MOC)、議事録(MOM)ならびに基本協定書(MOU)の改訂書を締結しました。同時にNEDOの委託先である(株)日立製作所とELES, d.o.oは、協定付属書(ID)の改訂書を締結しました。
拡充したテーマでは、大口需要家および電力小売事業者向けのエネルギーサービス事業の確立を目指して、工場、ビル、家庭などの需要家側に設置した蓄電池などと連携し、系統事故時の自立運転による停電回避や、瞬時電圧低下対策による工場の電力品質の確保、および送電事業者への調整力を提供する「クラウド型エネルギー管理システム(AEMS)」を構築して実証を行います。
