富士通：朝日生命がアフターサービス手続きの電子化を開始

シンプル・迅速・正確な手続きの実現

東京, 2018年09月25日 - (JCN Newswire) - 朝日生命保険相互会社は、富士通株式会社および富士通クライアントコンピューティング株式会社が開発したタブレット型営業用端末「スマートアイ」による、2018年1月に開始した新契約手続きの電子化に引き続き、2019年1月より、住所変更や名義変更などの保全手続きを電子化（保全手続きの最大98％が対象）し、さらなるお客様利便性の向上を図ります。

従来は書面で行っていた手続きの電子化により、手続きをシンプル化するとともに「スマートアイ」の画面上で記入漏れなどのチェックを行い、その場での手続きの完了を実現します。あわせて、請求データを自動でシステムへ登録することにより、本社の査定・入力業務を省略し、本社事務の効率化を図ります。

また、手続きにおける本人確認において、株式会社PFUが開発した「DynaEye 本人確認カメラOCR」を富士通より採用しました。運転免許証などを「スマートアイ」で撮影して氏名・生年月日などを読み取り、朝日生命の登録情報と自動的に照合します。これにより、お客様は運転免許証などのコピーを提出することなく、円滑に手続きをしていただくことができます。
