デンソー、テレワーク制度を拡充し、働き方改革を促進
対象をオフィス部門全社員2万人に拡大
愛知, 2018年10月01日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社デンソー（本社：愛知県刈谷市、社長：有馬 浩二）は、スピードと現場の活力を高めることを目的とした働き方改革の一環として、社外勤務制度を拡充し、テレワークの利用対象者をオフィス部門の全社員、約2万人へと拡大するとともに、IT環境を整え、働く時間や場所をより柔軟に選択できるようにします。
これまでもデンソーでは、子どもの看護や家族の介護に時間を要する社員などに限定し、自宅で勤務可能な終日在宅勤務制度や、一定の資格以上の社員に限定し社外から勤務可能とする社外勤務制度（出社義務あり）を運用してきました。今後はオフィス部門で勤務する全社員が、理由や資格を限定せずに、社外から勤務できるようにします。
新制度において社員は、会社貸与のパソコン等を用いて業務が可能な場所で、それぞれのライフスタイルに応じた時間配分で仕事ができるため、育児・介護や自己啓発、家事などの時間を確保しながら、それ以外の時間で業務を行うことが可能になります。また終日在宅勤務では通勤時間の削減等も通じたさらなる時間の有効活用が可能になります。
