Honda、新型「INSIGHT」を日本で2018年冬に発売～ホームページで先行公開

東京, 2018年10月04日 - (JCN Newswire) - Hondaは、2018年冬に発売を予定している新型ハイブリッド車「INSIGHT（インサイト）」をホームページで公開しました。

1999年発売の初代モデル、2009年発売の2代目と、ハイブリッド専用車としてのチャレンジを続けてきたインサイト。3代目となる新型はクルマとしての基本価値を磨き、走り、デザイン、安全性能、すべてにおいて上質を追求したミドルセダンとして登場します。

新型インサイトのパワートレーンには、コンパクトながら2モーターならではの力強く滑らかな加速を実現するHonda独創のハイブリッドシステム「SPORT HYBRID i-MMD※」を、1.5L DOHC i-VTECエンジンと組み合わせて搭載し、上質な走りと燃費性能の両立を実現。また先進の安全運転支援システム「Honda SENSING（ホンダセンシング）」を全タイプで標準装備しています。

日本仕様の装備としては、フロントグリルを専用デザインとしたほか、トランクスポイラーを追加。走りの面でも独自のチューニングを施し、こだわりをもった日本のお客様のニーズにお応えする仕上がりを目指しました。
