TOYOTA、北米国際自動車ショーで新型「スープラ」を世界初披露

豊田, 2018年10月31日 - (JCN Newswire) - TOYOTAは、2019年1月14日（月）から27日（日）まで米国・デトロイトで開催される2019年北米国際自動車ショー（デトロイトモーターショー）において、新型「スープラ」を初披露します。

TOYOTAの歴史において長らくフラッグシップスポーツカーとして親しまれてきた「スープラ」は2002年に生産を中止していましたが、今年3月、ジュネーブ国際自動車ショー＊でレーシング仕様のコンセプトモデル「GR Supra Racing Concept」として復活しました。

その後、試作車が7月に英国「グッドウッド・フェスティバル・オブ・スピード」を走行。さらに、10月には開発の一環として、ドイツのニュルブルクリンク耐久シリーズ（VLN）第9戦に参戦し、完走するなど、様々な場でファンの皆様の前に登場してまいりました。

新型「スープラ」は、来年前半より順次、世界各国で販売を開始する予定です。
