デンソー、第56回技能五輪全国大会および第38回全国アビリンピックでメダルを獲得

愛知, 2018年11月06日 - (JCN Newswire) - 株式会社デンソー(本社:愛知県刈谷市、社長:有馬浩二)は、沖縄県で開催された第56回技能五輪全国大会(11月2日～11月5日)において、7職種で金メダル(金賞)を獲得しました。

技能五輪全国大会にはデンソーグループから11職種36名が出場し、「機械組立て」「精密機器組立て」「メカトロニクス」「旋盤」「電子機器組立て」「工場電気設備」「移動式ロボット」での金メダル7個を含む、16個のメダルを獲得しました。全国アビリンピックでは、デンソーから1職種2名が出場し、「電子機器組立」で銀メダル2個を獲得しました。

デンソーは、技術を形にする高度熟練技能とノウハウを、技術開発と共にモノづくりの両輪と考え、デンソー技研センターの技能者育成部門の前身となる技能者養成所を1954年に開設しました。以来、技能者育成と技能の伝承に力を入れています。

技能五輪への参加目的は、優秀な成績を挙げるだけでなく、技能五輪の訓練を通じて、若い技能者の心・技・体を磨き、将来の高度熟練技能者になり得る人材に計画的な特別訓練を通じ育成し、技能を伝承することです。

デンソーは今後も、技能五輪への取り組みを通じて、若手技能者育成と技能の伝承を継続していきます。
