「EMIEW3」初の正式導入

東京, 2018年11月28日 - (JCN Newswire) - 三菱地所株式会社は、横浜ランドマークタワー69階展望フロアスカイガーデン(以下、「スカイガーデン」)等において、株式会社日立製作所及び株式会社日立ビルシステムが提供するコミュニケーションロボット「EMIEW3(エミュースリー)」4台の導入を決定し、2018年12月11日(火)より本格運用を開始します。なお、「EMIEW3」が正式導入されるのは今回が初めてです。

三菱地所は、未来のオフィスの可能性や、将来の街へのロボットの本格展開を見据え、「EMIEW3」を活用した実証実験を三菱地所本社の大手町パークビルにて2018年2月14日(水)～2月16日(金)の3日間行いました。本実証実験の結果等を踏まえ、この度「EMIEW3」の多言語での音声対話機能と自律走行機能を活用した施設案内を新たにスカイガーデンで実施します。

併せて、タブレットで「EMIEW3」のアバター(分身)と会話ができるアプリ型のコミュニケーションロボット「EMIEW-TT(エミューティーティー)」も1台試験導入し、ロボットによる効率的で付加価値の高い施設運営のあり方を追求してまいります。
